We are a Black-led, Black-mandated and Black-serving nonprofit rooted in Hamilton. Through music, creativity and leadership, we create practical opportunities for youth and emerging artists from diverse backgrounds.
We prioritize underserved youth and artists, recognizing their potential as at-opportunity. Our work includes artist development, arts-integrated school programming, youth leadership, mentorship, bursaries and performance opportunities.

After weeks of learning, Blueprint 4.0 artists took the stage at Mills Hardware in Hamilton, backed by a live band.
The journey continued through the Blueprint Collective, with artists selected for paid performance opportunities beyond the program.
