Youth Leadership & Development
Beyond Inspiration. Into Action.
Future Kings: Next Move is a structured mentorship and opportunity-navigation program helping young men translate their potential into measurable progress.
Through personalized goal-setting, meaningful mentorship, accountability, and connections to education, employment, and community opportunities, participants receive the support needed to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Why Next Move Exists
A single experience can inspire a young person to see new possibilities. But turning that inspiration into meaningful progress often requires something more: consistent guidance, trusted relationships, practical resources, and someone willing to help navigate the next step.
Future Kings: Next Move was developed to help bridge that gap.
Building on Tune In Foundation's commitment to youth empowerment, Next Move provides a structured environment where young men can clarify their goals, strengthen their confidence, connect with mentors, and explore pathways toward education, employment, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
Because knowing what's possible is only the beginning. Having support to pursue it is what moves us forward.

How It Works
Identify strengths, interests, aspirations, and the opportunities available.
Participants begin by exploring their goals and identifying the areas where they want to grow.
Build confidence, practical skills, and supportive relationships.
Through guidance from Male Guides and structured check-ins, participants work toward their individual development goals.
Turn goals into actionable next steps.
Participants receive support navigating education, employment, career exploration, and relevant community opportunities.

The Mentorship Model
At the heart of Future Kings: Next Move is the belief that meaningful progress grows through consistent support and trusted relationships.
Our Male Guides provide participants with mentorship, encouragement, accountability, and practical assistance as they navigate important decisions and opportunities.
These are program design features; individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
Who It's For
Future Kings: Next Move is designed to support young men who would benefit from ongoing mentorship, guidance, and access to meaningful opportunities as they navigate important stages of their personal, educational, and professional journeys.
Whether exploring education, entering the workforce, developing leadership skills, or seeking greater direction, the program creates space for participants to establish goals and work toward them with support.

Two Connected Initiatives
Future Kings Summit and Future Kings: Next Move are two distinct but connected Tune In Foundation initiatives.
The annual Future Kings Summit brings young men together for a day of inspiration, leadership development, exposure, and connection.
Future Kings: Next Move extends the opportunity for personal growth through a separate, structured mentorship and opportunity-navigation program.
Together, they reflect our commitment to creating meaningful pathways beyond a single event. Summit attendance does not automatically enroll participants in Next Move.
